Noah LaLonde: Age, Movies, and Relationship Status (2025)

There’s a particular kind of internet whiplash that comes from watching a beloved TV heartthrob trend for something other than the show that made him famous. For Noah LaLonde, who plays Cole Walter in Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys, that’s exactly what happened: his age, his co-star Nikki Rodriguez, and his changing look between seasons all became search stories of their own. This profile separates the documented record from the fan speculation.

Born: March 22, 1998 · Birthplace: Detroit, Michigan, USA · Known for: Cole Walter in Netflix’s My Life with the Walter Boys · Age (2025): 27

Six facts, one pattern: the hard data is mostly years and places, while the personal details stay off the record.

What films has Noah LaLonde been in?

The honest answer is short: one major role, on one streaming show, with a long runway ahead of it.

My Life with the Walter Boys (Netflix series)

• Season 1 premiered December 7, 2023, on Netflix, adapting Ali Novak’s book series (Brit + Co).
• Cole Walter sits in the show’s central love triangle with Jackie Howard and Alex Walter (Brit + Co).
• The production shoots in Alberta, Canada, including the Calgary area (Netflix About).

LaLonde has tied the role to his own biography. He told Bello the show was “one of the greatest times” of his life — the same interview where he compared his post-hockey identity shift with Cole’s arc as a former local sports star.

Other appearances and early work

• No other film or television credits are publicly confirmed in the sources reviewed for this article.
• His pre-acting years centered on hockey, a background he says shaped Cole Walter’s identity (Bello).
• No Wikipedia page exists for LaLonde as of his latest interview cycle.

That makes My Life with the Walter Boys a genuine breakout: an actor whose entire on-screen footprint is one character. The question now is whether the next credit arrives before the rumor mill outruns the résumé.

The pattern: a single defining role, repeated across every source. Whether that becomes a career or a footnote depends entirely on what he books next.

How old are Nikki Rodriguez and Noah LaLonde?

Of all the questions fans ask about the cast, the age question splits cleanly: LaLonde’s birth date is on the record, and Nikki Rodriguez’s is not.

Noah LaLonde’s age and birth date

• Born March 22, 1998, in Detroit, Michigan, according to his Fandango biography.
• Turned 27 in March 2025, making him 27 during Season 2’s release window.
• He was 26 when Season 1 premiered in December 2023.

That puts LaLonde in his late twenties during a press cycle that keeps trying to frame him as a teen-heartthrob breakout. The numbers are the rare piece of this story where fans can actually verify the math.

Nikki Rodriguez’s age uncertainty

• Her exact birth date is not confirmed in any source reviewed for this article.
• Fan threads repeatedly ask whether she is “actually 22” — the public record does not settle it.
• What is documented: she plays Jackie Howard, the series lead opposite LaLonde’s Cole.

The asymmetry drives the curiosity: LaLonde’s timeline is traceable, while Rodriguez’s is a blank field. That gap is exactly why the age question keeps resurfacing.

Why the question is frequently asked

• The cast has openly described the audience’s “speculation about personal relationships and friendships” (Fangirlish).
• Netflix posted a fan Q&A video on August 30, 2025, with LaLonde, Rodriguez, and Gentry answering viewer questions side by side.
• Interviewers keep raising the topic, and LaLonde keeps answering — which keeps the curiosity alive.

When a show sells romance, the audience asks about ages and relationships, not camera setups. Netflix feeds the chemistry content, fans multiply the questions, and the actors redirect.

The implication: with Rodriguez’s age undocumented and LaLonde’s verified against premiere dates, the age question is really a proxy for the relationship question fans care about most.

Why does Noah LaLonde look different?

Every returning show has its own style story, but few turn the lead actor’s appearance into a standalone search topic.

Hair and styling changes for Season 2

• Side-by-side stills comparing December 2023 and August 2025 show a visible shift in styling and look.
• The WhoWhatWear interview with LaLonde covered his Season 2 fashion and return, but did not address the physical change directly.
• No official statement from LaLonde or Netflix explains the difference.

That silence is the actual story. When neither the actor nor the network acknowledges a change, the follow-up questions multiply faster than the theories.

Fan theories and social media reactions

• The most common theories are a haircut, weight change, or a styling update for the new season.
• Social media threads compare stills and production timelines in detail.
• None of the theories are confirmed by a quote or an official source.

Theories are cheap; verification is hard. With no press quote attached to the change, every theory has equal standing — which is exactly the kind of vacuum fan communities fill fast.

Lack of official statement

• Netflix’s own Season 2 cast interview focuses on the characters’ “loves and losses,” not styling details.
• LaLonde’s October 2025 interview with Yardbarker concentrates on Cole’s vulnerability and emotional connection with Jackie.
• Nothing in the interview coverage reviewed for this piece mentions his appearance.

The professional read: actors change weight, hair, and styling between seasons all the time. The fan read: something must be wrong. Without a direct line from LaLonde, both readings are equally speculative.

Who are some actors named Noah?

The “actors named Noah” question doesn’t come from LaLonde’s work — it comes from search behavior. His first name is shared by some of the most recognizable young actors in streaming.

Noah Centineo

• Broke through with Netflix’s To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise.
• Currently leads the Netflix series The Recruit.

Noah Schnapp

• Known globally as Will Byers in Stranger Things.

Noah Jupe

• Starred in A Quiet Place and Honey Boy.

Other notable Noahs

• The three names above dominate search results for “actors named Noah” — each tied to a specific franchise, which is the name recognizability LaLonde is building.

Each of these actors built a career on a breakout role and then had to answer the same follow-up: what else are you in? That is precisely the question LaLonde is facing with one very visible credit.

What this means: “Noah” is a crowded first name in Hollywood, but surnames are where careers diverge. LaLonde’s surname is still attached to exactly one character.

Are Nikki Rodriguez and Noah LaLonde a couple?

The most popular question about LaLonde has a clear, on-the-record answer — and a rumor mill that doesn’t care.

On-screen romance vs. real-life relationship

• The show’s engine is the love triangle between Cole, Jackie, and Alex — fictional by design.
• Yardbarker’s coverage stresses Cole’s vulnerability and emotional pull toward Jackie.
• Fans read the on-screen chemistry as evidence of an off-screen romance.

This is where fiction and biography collide: Cole is written to chase Jackie, and LaLonde is photographed near Rodriguez. The show’s marketing deliberately sells that tension, so the audience’s question is understandable — even if the answer is already public.

What Noah LaLonde has said in interviews

• In an exclusive August 2025 interview with People, LaLonde said he and Nikki Rodriguez are not a couple in real life.
• He acknowledged the “speculation about personal relationships and friendships” around the cast and said the group tries to “focus on the work” when they return to set (Fangirlish).
• He described the series experience as “one of the greatest times” of his life in an interview with Bello.

The through-line in all three interviews is consistent: gratitude for the show, a boundary around the personal question, and a redirect to the work.

Social media evidence and fan speculation

• Instagram posts and joint appearances between LaLonde and Rodriguez fuel the comment sections.
• Netflix’s fan Q&A video from August 30, 2025, pairs the two on camera, which fans cite as chemistry footage.
• No public statement from Rodriguez addressing the rumors was found in the sources reviewed.

The dynamic is a classic fandom loop: the show sells romance, the actors post friendly content, the audience asks “are they together?” and the actors redirect to the project.

The trade-off: for LaLonde, denying a rumor rarely kills it; it just moves the discussion to the next Instagram post. The only reliable end to the question is time — or another role that changes the subject.

Noah LaLonde timeline

Five entries, one trajectory: from a Michigan childhood to the center of a Netflix romance in under two years.

• March 22, 1998 — Born in Detroit, Michigan. (Fandango biography)
• Pre-2023 — Built an acting résumé through local theater while playing hockey. (Bello)
• December 7, 2023 — Season 1 of My Life with the Walter Boys premieres on Netflix. (Brit + Co)
• August 28, 2025 — Season 2 debuts on Netflix (Netflix About).
• October 20, 2025 — Yardbarker publishes LaLonde’s exclusive Season 2 arc interview. (Yardbarker)

The pattern: his entire public career is contained between two Netflix premiere dates. The next timeline entry — a third project, a new casting announcement — is the one that tells us whether Cole Walter was a launching pad or a label.

What’s confirmed — and what’s still unclear

With a thin public record, the verified list is short and the open questions are long.

The implication: the confirmed list is strong on the show’s dates and weak on the man’s private details — exactly the inverse of what the rumor mill assumes.

In their own words

The strongest primary material comes from interviews LaLonde gave before and after Season 2 — and from the streamer’s own editorial desk.

He described working on the series as “one of the greatest times” of his life, and he connected his own post-hockey identity shift to Cole’s arc.

— Noah LaLonde, in conversation with Bello

He acknowledged the “speculation about personal relationships and friendships” around the cast, telling Fangirlish the group tries to “focus on the work” when they’re on set.

— Noah LaLonde, via Fangirlish

Yardbarker’s exclusive interview focused on Cole’s “vulnerability” and his emotional connection with Jackie — the two notes that define the Season 2 arc.

— Noah LaLonde, per Yardbarker

Netflix’s Season 2 cast interview frames the episodes around the characters’ “loves and losses” — a choice of words that keeps the focus on the story, not the actors’ personal lives.

— Netflix Tudum

The pattern: everyone — the actor and the streamer — deflects back to the story. The rumors persist because the story is, by design, romantic.

As the noise around Noah LaLonde grows louder, the signal is getting clearer: one Netflix role, a public denial of the relationship rumors, and a filmography that still has a blank next page. For LaLonde, the choice is clear — book the next role and let the work do the answering, or keep spending interviews explaining why a romance that exists only on screen isn’t real.

Frequently asked questions

The pattern: LaLonde’s answers here end with “not publicly confirmed” — an honest reflection of a public profile still thin enough to invite every question his fans can imagine.
